The Dreamer is about holding onto imagination, curiosity, and that childlike sense of joy we sometimes lose as we get older. The brain and fish tank bring a sense of humor and playfulness, while the single tear represents the deeper emotions and struggles we carry within us. The contrast between joy and sadness is something that shows up throughout my work.
For me, this piece is a reminder to keep dreaming, stay curious, and never take life too seriously.
